- User Preferences and Settings: We use data about your preferences to tailor and optimize your RECISION.AI experience, including meeting summaries, analytics, and data reporting.
- Usage Data: To improve functionality and understand how users interact with our services, we collect anonymized usage data, which includes metrics such as session length and feature utilization. This data helps us refine RECISION.AI for a better user experience.
2. Data Storage and Retention
- Account Information: User account data is stored securely to ensure proper access management and service functionality.
- Data Sources Integration: RECISION.AI retains integration data only for as long as necessary to provide its services. Users can disconnect integrations and delete their data at any time.

- User Control: Data is confidential and shared only within your organization or with individuals you choose to share with. Meeting reports, call summaries, and data entries remain private to your account unless explicitly shared by you.
- Third-Party Services: RECISION.AI does not sell your data and only shares data with third-party providers essential to deliver our services (e.g., cloud providers). These third parties are obligated to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, safety, and property of RECISION.AI, our users, and the public.

While two-factor authentication (2FA) is not required, users can enable additional security through their connected SSO provider.personnel only. - User Control: Users can permanently delete their data by deleting individual records, meeting summaries, or their account through the RECISION.AI platform. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
- Corporate Requests: We do not delete user data based on corporate IT requests without user consent. Users retain control over their data deletion preferences within their account.

- User Rights: If you are in the EU, you have specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including access to your data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your account, and more. Users can contact our support team to exercise these rights.
7. Google Workspace API Compliance
- RECISION.AI does not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models. We only access and use data from Google Workspace APIs for the sole purpose of providing our core services to users, in accordance with Google’s data use policies.
